ERROR ACCESSING CA-11 CMT (xx)

Reason:

During the processing for a cancel function (C) from the XQ/XQJ/XQN panel, an error occurred in the CA Workload Automation SE/CA WA Restart Option interface. The error code (xx) has the following meanings:

• 04 - Unexpected end-of-data on the CMT.
• 08 - Exclusive control CMT member not available.
• 0C - CMT member changed by another program during access.
• 10 - Fatal error - CA WA Restart Option Database Address Space is down.

Action:

Verify status of job on CMT by using the ARTS monitor interface. If the job shows in restart status, a PRE P command should be requested. For format of online CA WA Restart Option (ARTS) commands and how to determine job status, see the CA WA Restart Option manuals.
