Reason:
An attempt is made to cancel a job that is in the Request queue and is currently going through LOAD processing. Also, see the explanation in message SPO6-11.
Action:
Wait a few minutes and try again. If the message persists and the job must be canceled before LOAD completion processing finishes, use the top line CANCEL command with the FORCE=YES option.
Note: This may cause invalid job data to be added to the database. It is best to wait for the LOAD to complete before canceling the job.
