Reason:
One of several ARFIO commands in program SASSINQD got a non-zero return code. The offset into SASSINQD is oooo, the first four bytes of the reason code are xxxxxxxx, the second four bytes of the reason code are yyyyyyyy, and the third four bytes of the reason code are zzzzzzzz.
