Reason:
While doing a CA Workload Automation SE shutdown processing that includes a DMPQ, the OPEN to the VRM dump queue data set (ddname of CA7VDMP) has failed.
Action:
If the CA7VDMP DD statement is missing, change the CA Workload Automation SE JCL to add it, and start CA Workload Automation SE (WARM or ERST). The CA Workload Automation SE shutdown using DMPQ can now be done.
