Reason:
No lines in the range of the parameters are specified on the command. For example, you cannot delete lines 300 through 500 when no lines have sequence numbers greater than 299 and less than 501 in the EWF.
Action:
Possible user error. Examine the sequence numbers specified on the command for validity. Examine the contents of the EWF to verify condition.
