Reason:
Submodules decrease a record counter (established by the driver SASSDT20) each time a record is read from the work file. If the count of records left has reached zero when another record is needed, this error message is generated. This is a probable logic error in the submodule indicated. (If the DT20IN file did not contain the SLIA-nn message for the group, the driver would have terminated with message DT20-28.)
