Reason:
The program sets a flag when it starts to process the data generated by an LSYS command. Another flag is set on for the processing of an LJOB command. These flags are reset when their corresponding SLIx-nn termination message is encountered in the input. All other commands will have been ignored. This message indicates the program has reached a point where either one or the other of the two flags should have been set on but neither was set. It suggests that either the program code or the input file has been tampered with.
Action:
Establish the integrity of the program code, the input data, or both and rerun.
