Job aaaaaaaa(nnnn) requeued; agent queue purged RC=rr,rr

Reason:

This is an informational message indicating job aaaaaaaa with CA 7 WA job number nnnn was requeued to the request queue with an N-FAIL status because the agent queues were purged due to a reconfiguration of the agents.

Action:

Consider the following actions:

• If the agent should not have been reconfigured out of the network, add the agent definition back into the Agent Definition file and issue the reconfigure command again. Next, restart the job from the request queue.
• If the agent will not longer be active, either cancel the job or use the queue update screen to redirect the job to the correct destination agent.
