UNABLE TO EXTRACT GLOBAL ID

Reason:

The product's initialization file indicated that external security control was requested and CAS9 SSF services failed to extract the USERID associated with CA Workload Automation SE. This message may be issued if the external security system (for example, CA ACF2, CA Top Secret, or IBM RACF) is not active. Modules involved in detecting and reporting this condition include SASSINAP, SASSXSEC and CAS9SEC.

Action:

If EXTERNAL=(LOGON,...) is specified on the SECURITY statement in the product's initialization file, verify that the security system is active and restart CA Workload Automation SE.
