The CPU statements were omitted from the initialization file or the RUNOPT field of the INIT statement specified MAINT or REPT. CA Workload Automation SE does no submitting. Issued by SASSINCM.
Action:
If submitting is wanted, the CPU statements must be added to the initialization file and CA Workload Automation SE must be restarted with a RUNOPT other than REPT or MAIN.
