Reason:
An attempt was made to load the Workload Balancing module xxxxxxxx during CA Workload Automation SE initialization; however, the module was not found.
Action:
Ensure that the Workload Balancing module name is correct and that the module resides in a load library accessible by CA Workload Automation SE during startup.
