Reason:
During CA Workload Automation SE initialization, an attempt was made to open the VTAM ACB specified on the UCC7VTAM statement in the initialization file. The open was not successful.
Action:
Verify that the ACB (APPL) for CA Workload Automation SE is defined correctly to VTAM and that it is active. After verifying the ACB, issue the command /OPEN,GROUP=(the first VTAM group in the initialization file) from a non-VTAM CA Workload Automation SE terminal to enable VTAM access to CA Workload Automation SE.
