Reason:
An unrecoverable I/O error occurred while reading the Checkpoint ID record during initialization. Issued by SASSINW0.
Action:
A FORM start initialization of CA Workload Automation SE must be done. If the Checkpoint data set or one or more of the queue files has been moved, they must all reside on the same device type. The Checkpoint data set must be allocated as one cylinder on a cylinder boundary.
If CA Workload Automation SE was just taken down with a /SHUTDOWN,DMPQ then a MOVQ can be done instead of a FORM start.
