Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE may have previously abended with all the Scratch queue space allocated (usually a U0305 abend). All purged Scratch queue space is released, all messages are queued and scratch work areas (active areas) are allocated at the time CA Workload Automation SE came down last. This message is also issued when a TYPE=ERST is done. Issued by SASSINW3.
