Reason:
A problem was encountered in trying to reconstruct the queues during a WARM or ERST start. Normally, this will be due to a queue file having been moved prior to the attempted initialization. Issued by SASSINW3.
Action:
If the error occurred during a WARM start, then try ERST. If the error is in the Scratch queue or Disk Queue Table queue, then ERST should resolve the problem. If ERST does not work, contact your installation specialist for assistance. See CA-7.INW3.
