Reason:
The reply to the CA-7.730 WTOR was NO11. CA Workload Automation SE will submit jobs without inserting the CA WA Restart Option RMS step. The cancel and restart functions will not attempt to interface with CA WA Restart Option. This has the same effect as coding RMS=NO on the RESTART statement in the initialization file.
Action:
If CA WA Restart Option is started after responding to the WTOR, the interface may be activated by issuing the SUBMIT command.
