Reason:
This WTOR is issued under these conditions:
All CA Workload Automation SE processing is suspended until a response is received.
Action:
Issue the appropriate response to the WTOR. If the reply is YES, CA Workload Automation SE will submit jobs and attempt to use the CA WA Restart Option interface as if CA WA Restart Option were active. Jobs that are defined with INSERT-RMS=Y will have the CA WA Restart Option RMS step inserted when submitted. If the reply is NO, any jobs that are defined with INSERT-RMS=Y will not be submitted (will remain in the Ready queue) when their requirement count becomes zero. The restart functions of CA Workload Automation SE will still attempt to interface with CA WA Restart Option.
If the reply is NO11, all jobs will be submitted without an inserted CA WA Restart Option RMS step. The restart functions will not attempt to interface with CA WA Restart Option. To activate the interface (after CA WA Restart Option is active), the SUBMIT command must be issued.
If CA WA Restart Option is started after responding to the WTOR, the interface may be activated by issuing the SUBMIT command or by canceling or restarting a job.
