Reason:
Be sure the system was initialized using CAIRIM.
If the xxxx value is ICOM, the ICMDSECT is the wrong format.
If the xxxx value is the CA Workload Automation SE instance name, either the ICMDSECT was not found or the instance is not active. Ensure that the instance was added using CAIRIM.
If the xxxx value is an alias name, ensure that the alias was specified with CAIRIM and that the CA Workload Automation SE instance was made active.
Action:
Ensure that CAIRIM has initialized the CA Workload Automation SE system environment and activated the target instance of CA Workload Automation SE.
