Reason:
An I/O error occurred while attempting to read the RBN0 control record in the Communications data set. Issued by SASSCMGR. This message sometimes indicates a serious problem.
Note: If error occurs during initialization, the Communications data set may never have been formatted.
Action:
Contact your installation specialist for assistance. If the Communications data set has never been initialized (formatted), run the CDSI installation job.
