Reason:
Both Log data sets are full; at least one log must be dumped before CA Workload Automation SE execution can continue. This message could appear during initialization if CA Workload Automation SE could not determine which log file was last in use at shutdown. Issued by SASSBTMG.
The jobs to dump the Log data sets have been submitted (either manually or automatically by CA Workload Automation SE) but have not run.
Action:
Take the required action to cause execution of one of the dump jobs by submitting outside of CA Workload Automation SE. When the job has successfully completed, reply to the outstanding WTOR with either LOGP (primary) or LOGS (secondary) to indicate which log was dumped.
