Reason:
This is an information message issued by the CA Workload Automation SE load step. The step is added to a user's JCL stream to cause the addition or replacement of job records in the CA Workload Automation SE database. The message indicates that the records necessary to load a job into the database have been created. When JOB FLUSHED appears in the message, a load-only run without actual execution of the user's job is being performed.
