Reason:

Job pool
Dataset pool
Application pool
Message pool
Nonspecific pool
Action:
The size of the APLP, JOBP, and DSNP pools are set using keywords on the RESIDENT statement in the initialization file. Try increasing the values on that statement. The region size where CA Workload Automation SE is executing determines the size of the other pools. Try increasing the region or decreasing the values for CWORK or CABND.
