Reason:
The VTAM APPL named on the CA7APL parameter in the CA7CLIST is not currently active or is not accessible in this domain.
Action:
Make sure that the copy of CA Workload Automation SE associated with the VTAM APPL named in the CA7APL parameter is active and that the VTAM ACB is open. Make sure that this APPL is accessible in the domain where the ISPF session is running.
