Reason:
An I/O error has occurred in the VRM VSAM processing module SASSXRAC. Register 15 is the return code and the FDBK field indicates the feedback code as a result of the I/O. If R15=08, a duplicate record has been found.

Save the console messages associated with this message and contact your installation specialist for assistance.
