Reason:
Unable to attach program IDCAMS as required to perform DELETE and DEFINE functions during database reload. Most likely cause of failure is insufficient memory. This message should be preceded by IBM messages identifying the exact cause of failure.
Action:
Try increasing region size, and see the IBM messages and documentation for more details. If problem persists, save console listings and logs. Then contact your installation specialist for assistance.
