Reason:
A sequence error was detected either on the backup data set or during sequential access of the VSAM database. If xxx is NEW and RELOAD was being attempted, the backup data set was not created by the BACKUP option of SASSBK00.
Action:
Correct sequence problem and retry or contact your installation specialist for assistance, if needed.
