Reason:
An SVEXTGET call attempted to locate a VPCB which did not exist.
Action:
Check that all constraints regarding ordering of SVEXTGET and SVEXTPUT calls have been complied with. If not, correct problem and retry. If unresolved, save console log and listings and contact your installation's CA Workload Automation SE specialist for assistance.
