Reason:
The VCTL is written out to the database for record keeping and documentation purposes. It is required that the LRECL for the database be large enough to handle it.
The smallest maximum record size is approximately 3122. For more information about DBPARMS statements and reloading the database, see the Systems Programming Guide.
Action:
Increase maximum value in RECORDSIZE parameter for the identified data set in the DBPARMS statements, and then reload the database.
