Reason:
The last Record Flag was expected to be turned on in the VPCB, but it was not.
Action:
Verify that the BACKUP DD input to the RELOAD program is correct. Only backup files created by SASSBK00 can be reloaded. Save console listings and logs. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
