Reason:
DBPARMS referenced data set x...x, but the data set is not a VSAM data set.
Action:
Check DSN and DD values in both DBPARMS and execution JCL. Correct the reference so that a VSAM file is being referenced. Also verify that the ALLVSAM database was requested. If the problem persists, save the listings and contact your installation specialist for assistance.
