Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE TPEND exit has been scheduled by VTAM. This exit is given control whenever VTAM terminates abnormally or is shut down (HALT). The ACB linking the CA Workload Automation SE application to VTAM is closed. Issued by SASSLMGR.
Action:
After VTAM has been restarted, an /OPEN,GROUP=groupname must be done from a non-VTAM terminal to OPEN the ACB and allow access to CA Workload Automation SE through VTAM terminals.
