Reason:
This WTO is produced when a job is submitted to a CA Workload Automation SE system that has a step name of CA7B$$4U in it and a data set open occurs. (To be sure that a data set open occurs, use a STEPLIB DD in the JCL.) CA Support sometimes requests that you run a job with this step name in it to be sure that SASSU83 is getting control.
