Reason:
A security error occurred for a D= command. Depending on the security package involved, the message will indicate that the request was REJECTED or IGNORED. The request may be IGNORED if security is undefined or the data set is unprotected. Requests that are IGNORED cause a return code of 4 and are considered minor errors that are passed on to CA Workload Automation SE. Errors that are REJECTED are considered serious errors that are not passed to CA Workload Automation SE, but cause a return code matching that returned by the security interface.
Action:
Correct any security definitions required before issuing the request again. Security requires that the issuer have CREATE authority for the data set indicated.
