Reason:
The parameter value of ACT was specified but ICOM for the instance was not active on the CPU where taskname was executed. This is a serious error that will cause a return code of 8.
Action:
Determine whether ICOM must really be active for the commands being processed. If ICOM does not need to be active, remove the ACT parameter and rerun the job. If ICOM must be active, verify that an ICOM for the instance is installed and active on the CPU in question. If this does not work, save the job logs and contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
