Reason:
The security interface indicated that no security definitions exist for the SUBMIT resource for the job, started task or TSO user identified by the taskname. This is a minor error that will cause a return code of 4.
Action:
If the security system allows processing of undefined resources, this condition will result in error messages only and the commands will be passed to CA Workload Automation SE. If the security system does not allow processing of undefined resources, no commands will be passed to CA Workload Automation SE.
