Reason:
During job termination, CA Workload Automation SE was attempting to use the Product Interface to send information to CA WA Restart Option, but the Product Interface was never initialized during CA Workload Automation SE startup. Processing continues; however the CA Workload Automation SE/CA WA Restart Option Condition Code Check synchronization feature is prevented from reflecting the job's correct failure step.
Action:
Check the CA Workload Automation SE Job Log for message 'CAL2I012I PRODUCT INTERFACE SUB-TASK AVAILABLE'. If this message is not found, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
