Reason:
During CA Workload Automation SE startup, an error occurred on the resource file open. CA Workload Automation SE abnormally terminates with a U0003.
Action:
For assistance, contact CA Support at ca.com/support.
Check the value in R15 and ACBERFLG (aaa) and correct the error.
