Reason:
An attempt to add a new RLOG header entry failed. The PRNQ may be full.
Action:
Use the /DISPLAY,Q=ALL command to see if the PRNQ is full. Also, a trigger loop (JOBA triggers JOBB, and JOBB triggers JOBA) can cause the problem.
