Reason:
An error has occurred opening or reading the Undeliverable queue. The level of this error is catastrophic. Processing halts, and the program abnormally terminates.
Action:
Contact your installation specialist for assistance. Verify that the file exists and is correct. If not a user error, save all listings and dumps and contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
