Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE was unable to LOAD the calendar module even though a CALBLK statement was found that named the calendar. This calendar could not be copied to the PDS named on the CALENDAR statement.
Action:
Ensure that the calendar resides on a library in the CA Workload Automation SE STEPLIB concatenation.
