Reason:

XPJOB submission requires an internal CA Workload Automation SE tracking system (XTRK), but the required DD statement XCKPT is not present in the CA Workload Automation SE online JCL.

None. If you want to enable XPJOB submission, add the tracking system DD statements to the CA Workload Automation SE online JCL and recycle CA Workload Automation SE online system.
