Reason:
During CA Workload Automation SE initialization, the XPJOB Node Table is built from records stored in the VRM VSAM file. The program building the node table encountered an I/O error.
Note: The VRM file may be exclusively held by another address space or may have some type of I/O error.
Action:
Verify that the VRM file is accessible and can be read by programs. To ensure nothing is wrong with the VRM file, try reading the file through an IDCAMS PRINT operation or some interactive utility that reads VSAM files. If the VRM file appears to be intact, gather the output from this execution of CA Workload Automation SE and contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support for assistance.
