CA-7.BTMX

- ABEND xxxx IN SUBTASK (yyyyyyy ; zz)

Reason:

This WTO is produced if the CA Workload Automation SE subtask has abended. The subtask is reinstated and the terminal in control that caused the abend is logged off. If it is a virtual terminal, it is disconnected.

The xxxx is the abend code. The yyyyyyy is the terminal name. The zz is the code that the SASSBTMX module uses to determine what processing to perform. More CA-7.BTMX messages sometimes follow that display information about the PSW and the contents of the SASSBTMX program registers.

Action:

CA Workload Automation SE stays up and running. Only the terminal user that issued the command is disconnected. This user can log back on and can continue. Depending on the command that was being processed at the time of the failure, storage may not be freed or a data set may be left enqueued (for example, JCL panel getting an S913 abend due to security access).
