Reason:
The Cross-Platform Scheduling Router (XPS) was unable to load needed module into storage during startup. The module name is indicated by mmmmmmmm. The system return code from load is indicated by cccc.
Action:
Review the JCL for XPS and confirm the correct load library is in the STEPLIB DD or the library is linklisted. If these are correct, the problem may be insufficient storage. Increase the region size and try again.
