CA7 DATA SET DSNBR IS 9,999,999; RESETTING START COUNT TO 1 FOR DS DSNBRS

Reason:

The maximum data set DSNBR has been assigned, and the next assignment of a data set DSNBR will be attempted from number 1. This message is issued as highlighted and non-deletable. CA Workload Automation SE will not reassign a number that is currently active. If the number is already active, CA Workload Automation SE will obtain the next number and see if it is in use, and proceed to search until an unused number is found. This may cause additional overhead for the operation that encountered the condition since CA Workload Automation SE will search for an unused DSNBR and ensure it is not active at the time of the DSNBR assignment.

Action:

This warning message should prompt an examination of data sets defined to the CA Workload Automation SE system. Tools to assist in determining eligible data sets for clean up include the XREF report on the SASSBK00 backup operation (must specify OPT=XREF in the execution parameters), using command LDSN,DSN=,LIST=USERS (if no users, the data set may be eligible), and the CA Earl/CA Easytrieve report CA7xx701.
