Reason:
A CA Workload Automation SE Cross-Platform Tracker (XTRK) subfunction module has encountered an internal error. The calling task is identified by tid.. The subfunction module is indicated by ssss (CCIF, ENFF, and so forth). The specific function being performed is indicated by ffff (INIT, TERM, and so forth). The return code (rr) and condition code (cc) from the subfunction are also indicated. The calling XTRK task may or may not terminate processing based on the error encountered. Other messages may follow this one.
Action:
Review any preceding messages and take corrective actions indicated by them. If there are no other messages, and the problem is impacting processing, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
