Reason:
This message is issued as a non-deletable WTO to the master console. The CA Workload Automation SE Cross-Platform Tracker (XTRK) has detected that the CAIENF (Event Notification Facility), CAICCI (Common Communications Facility), or both are not active on the local system. If the XTRK subtasks were already active they will be terminated. No cross-platform communication occurs while XTRK is in this state.
XTRK will check for ENF/CCI availability every two minutes until they become active or XTRK is shut down. In either case, this WTO is deleted from the master console.
Action:
Check the system for the CAIENF started task (default name=ENF). Check the console log for any messages indicating a problem with CAIENF, CAICCI, or both.
Start the CAIENF task. If CAIENF activation is successful, it causes CAICCI to be initialized also. The next time XTRK checks for ENF/CCI availability, it detects them and starts the XTRK subtasks to perform the CA Workload Automation SE Cross-Platform Tracking functions.
