Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE Cross-Platform Tracker (XTRK) External Event table has been redefined because of a BLDXEVT operator command. The XTRK Manager subtask will be posted to force a new Checkpoint Synchronization process for each remote node in the XTRK Node table.
