Reason:
SASSXMGR sustained an I/O error reading from or writing to the XCFCKPT data set. The following values for WIP give further explanation:
Indicates a read failed for relative block 0, which is the SMF block. XCF is turned off, and the COMMDS is used for SMF records.
Indicates a write failed for relative block 0. A sporadic instance may not be a problem. However, if it happens frequently, or if CA Workload Automation SE crashes before a good write occurs, a problem with SMF extract records being lost during recovery may occur when CA Workload Automation SE restarts.
Indicates a write failed for relative block 0. An online command was issued to delete one or more records in the XCFCKPT data set, and the delete operation failed.
