Reason:
An error was encountered attempting to set the state (sss) of the IBM Workload Management resource associated with ICOM (rrr...rrr). The return code (xxxx) and condition code (cccc/cccc) returned from the call to set the state are indicated. A short text message may also indicate the nature of the error.
Action:
Confirm that the resource name for ICOM is spelled correctly. Confirm that IBM WLM is active and that the resource name specified for ICOM is defined in the active WLM policy.
